What is coaching?
Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation as a “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential”.
I recognise that we are not always wanting to maximise our potential at every stage of our life. Sometimes we are just stuck. We might be seeking some form of change, but we’re not sure what that change is or where to look for it. And we certainly don’t know where to start.

Here’s where I come in. I can support you with identifying the ‘what’ that might need addressing, and we’ll explore the ‘why’ this is important to you now, and determine the ‘how’ to achieve it.
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach. Our conversations will help you identify your strengths and what is important to you in life, and what might be holding you back from achieving your personal potential. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals to maximise their strengths and overcome challenges and ultimately to be able to thrive in the workplace.

How do I get started?

1. Book a Free Call
A discovery call typically lasts 30 minutes and is the opportunity to ask questions and find out if my coaching is a good fit for what you are seeking.

2. Agree Your Programme
I recommend 6 sessions, during which time I will introduce tools to support with gaining greater self-awareness and identify goals and actions. One-off sessions are also available to book.

3. Begin Coaching!
You can book sessions into my calendar at a time that best suits you. I recommend 2 weeks between each one-to-one session.
